Perched on a hillside in the heart of the Cévennes, this semi-detached family farmhouse offers a peaceful and enchanting setting for a stay in the south of France. Just a short drive from the picturesque town of Anduze with its cobbled streets, shops and local restaurants, this fully renovated, air-conditioned rental can accommodate up to 10 travellers. The main house has a lovely living room with fireplace and fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. There is also an independent studio with a sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom.

You will enjoy an above ground swimming pool, a petanque ground and a garden of about 4 000 m² as well as two terraces overlooking the forest.

The farmhouse is composed as follows:
The main house (7 people maximum):
On the ground floor
- A living room of 25 m² with fireplace (wood provided) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
On the first floor (accessible by the interior staircase or an exterior staircase) :
- A mezzanine with TV and sofa bed.
- Bedroom 1 : three single beds.
- Bedroom 2 overlooking a terrace: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- A space with a relaxation area and board games.
- Separate toilet.
Independent studio (maximum 3 people) :
- A dining area.
- A kitchenette.
- Night space with a sofa bed (1 person) and a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- A private terrace.

Outside :
- An above ground swimming pool (private, not heated) of 5×3m, accessible all year round. The pool is surrounded by a terrace of about 15 m².
- A beautiful private garden, not closed, of about 4 000 m² facing South-East, in which you can enjoy a petanque ground.
- A terrace on the first floor of the house, facing South-East, of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunshine.

This farmhouse located a few minutes from the center of Anduze and in a very pleasant environment will allow you to benefit from all the essential businesses but also from stores, restaurants, bars, night market (on Tuesday evening in summer) etc.
