This beautiful villa of 40m², very modern and spacious is air-conditioned.
Large living room with lounge / dining room, satellite TV, sofa and safe.
An open kitchen equipped with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, combi oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
A large separate bedroom with a double bed of 200 x 200 cm.
The bathroom has a Italian shower and toilet.
