The appartment is situated in the old part of the town. It is a realy nice and spacious one. It has a balcony you can have breakfast on, the livingroom is large and it is fun to stay in. Restaurants and cafes are in direct neighbourhood. If it is hot outside the appartment is nicely cool. The host is helpful and very friendly. We enyoyed our stay very much.

Emplacement central et équipements de qualité

Appartement conforme au descriptif voir mieux. Par contre la procédure pour récupérer le badge du parking est à revoir entièrement.

rue Sainte-Catherine shopping out your door

This was a last minute booking as our travel plans had changed. I was happy to find this flat and the host provided a lot of answers to my questions prior to booking. I knew it was a 2nd floor walk up but if you have heavy luggage, you will feel every step up to the apartment. Being on a busy shopping street may be heaven to some but would not have been our first choice. It is, however, a good location to many different neighborhoods. It quiets down at night but you will be greeted by early delivery trucks and street cleaning. Also be prepared to coordinate a meeting with the host at the apartment at check-in and you have to sign a contract in French as well as provide a credit card as a deposit against damages. Having parking in a garage 10 min walk away was a bonus but also be prepared to have to return the pass to the apartment at check-out, which will add about 45 minutes to your departure schedule.
