This is a very quaint property that has a great view of the waves morning to night, watching the ships go in and out of the jetty was super fun! Our kids loved the easy access to the beach and it made it very convenient with kids to make multiple shorter trips down to the beach!

Been here multiple times and I am beginning to see it wear down around the house with little maintenance it seems. The shower smelled really bad as well as the water from all the faucets. The toilet would not flush properly and appears to have been in this condition for some time due to the water stains from running water all the time .. Matt is always awesome and we really enjoy the convenience of the property to the beach , food and fishing. Def will go again but would love to see a little maintenance done

We appreciate your return visit and feedback. Brand new windows and A/C were added this year and last year new roof, exterior paint and deck refresh were done.

I and my family had a great stay. Next to the beach, park and jetty. Also stopped at the Jetty shack where they had some great food and karaoke a few blocks from the beach house. Everything was a great experience for us.

Cozy place great for a small family or small group of friends. Right by two beaches. You can see dolphins and big fish being caught st the jetty. Water is gulf water but most days was great. Nice little spot for relaxing on the deck or a 1 minute walk to the beach!Will use again! Eat at the Jetty Shack! The other places look nicer, have a fun vibe but Jetty Shack is a hole in the wall bar and grill looks like it will be bad, a little longer wait but the food was top notch guilty pleasure food!

This is probably the best location to stay if you plan on fishing on the jetty, also with easy access to the beach. Great views from the deck.

Overall the house is in a good location next to the pedestrian beach and close to the jetty. The AC is cold. But there are some negatives- the water has a high iron and mineral content. This means it is discolored and has a smell. I would not wash clothes in the washing machine. The other reason we didn’t use the washing machine is the mold in front load door seal. The house itself is older and can use a refresh - at least in the bathroom. There are no amenities like a hair dryer. Although it is small it is easy to move around in and has plenty of seating.

What an amazing, cute place that surpassed all of our expectations. We were super close to the beach and jetties, to the point that we only brought out what we immediately needed — we were able to be back at the house in seconds if we needed anything!We will be staying again!
