Villa Barcelona is located just a 10-minute drive from the famous and lively town of Sitges, with its bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and about 30 minutes from the city of Barcelona (Plaça d'Espanya) and your international airport.

ACCOMMODATION

The entrance to Villa Barcelona is on the ground floor, it has a spacious dining area for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen that gives direct access to a small terrace, ideal for having a coffee in the morning while enjoying the beautiful views of the pool and the hills. This floor also has a toilet.

The seating area offers a beautiful view of the pine-covered hills.
The large windows illuminate all the rooms of Villa Barcelona and offer panoramic views of the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The decoration is modern and elegant.
It has 3 double bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool with this layout:

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom (in pink)
En-suite bedroom 2 - Large double bed, with full bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
In this room you can put a baby cot which is available in the villa.
Bedroom 3 – Double bed with a bunk bed for two children.
In addition, the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed in case you have 2 more adults in the house.

Bathroom 1 located in the en-suite bedroom
Bathroom 2: between the two rooms in the hallway
Bathroom 3: on the ground floor on the dining room level

The central part of the terrace has a fantastic swimming pool that has beautiful views of the hills. The beautiful tiled pool offers plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Right next to the summer kitchen, there is a large dining table for 8 people and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is also a very nice and very comfortable seating area to relax.

The rest of the gardens that surround the villa have been left in their attractive natural state, consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with Mediterranean aromatic herbs such as rosemary, lavender and thyme, as well as the famous lemon and orange trees.

There is secure parking for 3 cars at Villa Barcelona. There is also free and unlimited street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permit is required.
A car is essential for guests staying at Villa Barcelona.
The pool is a pool in the centre of the terrace, so children are not allowed near the poolside and must be supervised at all times.
Unfortunately, Villa Barcelona is not wheelchair accessible.
