I’m offering my primary residence—a single-family home—for rent in July and August 2023, primarily to accommodate a small female cat. She’s free to go outside for walks and can come back inside whenever she wants via the basement. All you need to do is make sure she has food and water available and take care of her litter box. This means you’re free to be away during the day or even for two consecutive days. The house has an alarm system, a garage, and a fenced-in yard of approximately 1,500 m². On the ground floor, there is an entryway, kitchen, dining room, and living room with a TV and a sofa bed. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with the master bedroom. On the second floor, there is space for one person to sleep.
The house is located near Fontainebleau and its castle, close to Vaux-le-Vicomte and Blandy-les-Tours, 70 km from Paris, accessible by a direct train in 35 minutes or by car in about an hour.
