Perfect little retreat

This was perfect for a quick trip in for a holiday and a ball game. The parking, two full bedrooms and baths plus a large kitchen and family room were exceptional.

Great Weekend Stay

House was perfect for a football weekend. It was well appointed, clean, and close to wherever you need to get to in Oxford. The goody basket with snacks and Ole Miss pins for the game was a nice touch. I would stay again for sure.

Pricey for what it was

This property is basically a college students living space. We decided to go with a VRBO because we wanted to host a few of our daughter’s friends and their parents over for brunch. We prepared breakfast casseroles and went to put them in the oven and the oven did not work. The host really couldn’t offer a solution. Closets were locked so we had no where to put our clothes. We wanted to use the outside patio for seating as it was featured in the pictures when we decided to rent this property, it was filthy - dirt, pollen, bird poop, and I had to clean it in order for it to be usable. All I am saying, it this property was pricey ($400/night) for what we got. Other than that, it was fine, but I definitely would not pay that price again for what this place was.

Thank you very much for your review, and we're sorry your experience was a negative one. An electrician determined that we needed a new outlet for the oven, that has now been resolved. We will also address the back porch going forward. We had some bad storms come through and really mess up the roof, which in turn led to the back porch being in poor condition (this was communicated prior to the stay). Both closet doors had hooks hanging over the doors, specifically so guests could hang clothes. Also, the house was listed at $300/night for this specific weekend, not $400.
