The house was built in 2018 and has been occupied by the same couple since and has been kept in immaculate condition. This outdoor professional couple has brought the beauty of the outdoors to their home, come experience all the amazing outdoor recreation and city amenities that Bozeman has to offer. The house is in an excellent centralized location with top- grade landscaping and privacy fence with local trail system and parks just a few blocks away. Come enjoy the organic cotton sheets and Pendleton bedding.

Make sure all the windows are fully shut and locked. Lock the back door knob. Lock the digital deadbolt.
Dishes: please make sure all dishes are fully cleaned at time of checkout or at least in the dishwasher turned on. Bedding & Towels: you can leave all dirty laundry in place, we will take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
