Clairière du Moulin Aiguebelette

Charming, spacious (320 m²) 18th-century farmhouse/mill. Set in 5 hectares of lush, naturally beautiful grounds at the foot of the Epine and near the clear, warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake, you’ll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of outdoor activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. A 5 x 11 pool is available during the summer season.
The house accommodates up to 14 adults plus children, for a total of up to 18 people.

A spacious property, perfect for gatherings of family or friends.

Cyclists and hikers can enjoy the many trails and routes around Lake Aiguebelette and beyond. In winter, skiing and winter sports, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and more are accessible in less than 40 minutes by car, whether in the Chartreuse or the Bauges.

Our property is located at the end of a peaceful and quiet hamlet of 10 houses, at the foot of Mont Grêle with views of Lake Aiguebelette.

The lake is 700 metres away as the crow flies. The lake’s shores feature seven beaches that, during the summer, offer a wide range of water sports, as well as a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and cafés. This picturesque corner of Savoie, which follows an ecotourism policy, is sure to charm you.

The house consists of:

Ground floor:
- large dining room with a table that seats up to 16 people, access to the terrace.
- large living room with a fireplace, TV, plenty of DVDs at your disposal, access to Netflix, board games, access to the terrace.
- very well-equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, access to the terrace.
- half-bath

Ground floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 - a family suite (two adjacent bedrooms), one with a king-size bed, the second with bunk beds (90 x 190), bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 - bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom, balcony
- Rooms 4 and 5 - a family suite (two adjacent rooms), one with a king-size bed, the other with bunk beds (80 x 190 - these beds are suitable for children under 14), bathroom.
- Room 6 - double room with a king-size bed, bathroom, balcony.

Second floor
- Room 7 - double room in the attic with 2 single beds (or one king-size bed).
- Room 8 - room with a king-size bed.
- A shared bathroom for Rooms 7 and 8.

It is possible to convert 3 of the large beds into 6 single beds.

Our entire spacious property is at your disposal—including the sunny terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, plus the pool (11m x 5m). Children are welcome to use our trampoline, and you’ll find a ping-pong table, foosball table, and a volleyball court in the park (during the summer season). Our garden also serves as a starting point for numerous walks and hikes, including our favourite: Mont Grêle.

Beds are made upon arrival; one towel per person is provided. You must bring your own towels for the pool.

The house accommodates a maximum of 14 adults, or up to 18 people if there are children.

For guests with animal allergies, please note that we have two calm and docile cats. During the summer season, there may be horses in our grounds.

We do not allow dogs.
