Very nice clean and a beautiful cabin. The driveway little steep but we still live it. Nice location close to everything. Looking forward in comin back next year.
Great cabin but a few notes to improve upon. Not everyone understands the Roku TV, info for visitors would be helpful. Remote control needed battery. The light under the micro/hood vent is out. It's hard to see what your cooking. There was no broom which is very inconvenient as leaves are falling on the deck. The water in the hot tub needs changed it was to nasty to use. As I said it was very pretty, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and we did enjoy good nights sleeping well. We had a bear family visit the first night which was really cool!
It was an exciting fun trip, the kids had fun with lots of activities. Everyone was excited waking up every morning with a Bear family foraging in the front of the cabin.
Our stay was just what we were expecting, in the woods, away from civilization but close enough to get there easily. We were comfortable, cozy and enjoyed hearing the rain on the metal roof. Thank you. We would plan to come again.
Very nice and cozy cabin. Upon arrival noticed a few damaged decor and doors. Fireplace not accessible to use. The cabin inside and outside needed more detailed cleaning. There was no broom to clean up. We had to purchase a broom.

Location was good..but i was very disappointed in the cleanliness..the bathtubs were very dirty..like they hadn't been cleaned good in a while..and in the bedroom a very bad musky smell..it made it hard to sleep.. smelling that all night....it has to be pretty bad for me to give a bad review...after seeing the bathtubs...honestly it made me question everything..when we checked out..we went to the office and told them about smell and bathtubs..and showed pics..but the only response i got was they would tell the manager..this is later in the evening now..i would've expected them to have called or done something to make it right...but I have not heard anything from them...when i stay at a place away from home and spending that kind of money..id like to think when your paying a cleaning fee...that the bathtubs would be cleaned...who wants to take a bath in a dirty tub....not me..it was hard enough to stand to take a shower...
The cabin is just like the pictures, it was well equipped. We enjoyed playing the video game machine and Foosball table. There are also other games there. The pictures on line are exactly what the cabin looks like, the one thing we liked is that there is no direct line of sight from other cabins. There is internet and TVs in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Our view on things, is would we stay there again. The answer to this is a resounding yes. There were only two of us, but the cabin is definitely able to accommodate more.
I really enjoyed this cabin! It was a great size and was far enough outside of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that I got the cabin/woods ambiance. It was still close enough to travel in to town to do fun stuff each day. My only complaint was that all of the dishes were dirty. I had to wash the stuff in the dishwasher because there was food caked on almost everything. I also washed everything in the cabinets because I found there to be a greasy film on most dishes.
The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for a few days to be with friends. It was comfortable, with everything in excellent working order. It was a great value and actually more than I expected! It was spacious, yet cozy. The great thing is that it seemed remote; however, the location was close enough to the fun things to do in Sevierville and very near the Cades Cove National Park. An excellent restaurant was finally found near the cabin. Elvira's restaurant has a wonderful menu, and the food was fabulous. We have stayed in this area many times, and this may possibly be the best place to stay. I highly recommend it. The staff at Volunteer Cabin Rentals was superb. They were helpful and gave good hints for our stay, provided perfect directions and were accommodating.

Not the best property
The porch and deck could use a good cleaning, very dingy. The back deck looked so bad that the hot tub was not an option. The mattress covers needed to be burned and the mattress needs to be replaced! The cabin does not have a pleasant smell. Ceiling fans were coated with dust and there were a lot of cobwebs. The oven needed to be cleaned and the fridge smelled. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY.
The cabin was very clean, decorated with a mountain/cabin theme. Check in process was smooth and easy. The kids enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and the playing the arcade table. Drive was steep but to be expected for a mountain location. Overall it was a great little cabin!
