3. Bedroom 1 upstairs: 55” TV, king bed, private full bath with walk in tile shower.
4. Bedroom 2 upstairs: king bed, private full bath with walk in tile shower.
5. Bedroom 3 upstairs: king bed, shared full bath with walk in tile shower..
6. Bedroom 4 upstairs: 2 sets of bunk beds (one with a full mattress on bottom and full mattress on top; one with a twin XL mattress on bottom and twin XL mattress on top, shared full bath with walk in tile shower.

Lana & Steve relocated from WI to GA in 1986, discovered Lake Oconee in 1989, and have been vacationing here ever since! Our two boys, Tom and Max, were raised in Marietta, GA. Tom married Holly 4 years ago. We decided in 2020, as a family, to purchase Golden Acres (2 acres with the small cabin on site) with the intention of building a main house and renovating the cabin for rental on VRBO.
