Great location and perfect for our stay with family and friends. Check in was easy and the property was exactly as described. Had a great time. Thanks!
Obviously the view was spectacular for our short stay. The food truck court just steps away was very VERY convenient, delicious and had a great atmosphere for family dining out in Hawaii. The breakfast bakery and coffee shop had super tasting coffee and the owners were delightful. Parking was charged to us at 45 per day, not 40 and very tight spaces. The unit would be really nice if updated and came with a few kitchen amenities for the coffee machine at least. Furniture could use a good cleaning as the pull was used as a bed. I called the property manager and left a message via the phone service but never heard back at least during our stay. Prior, the communication was good.

Just OK
We were given the wrong code to get in. Security was ready to leave when we got there. If we had been 10 minutes later we would have had to stay somewhere else. The beds were small.

The view was the highlight of the property. Check in was stressful, one key didn't work. We spent 25 minutes working with security to find out we were not on the list and paid in full weeks prior to arrival . Property Management promised a new key by 10AM next morning which never came. We again went to security and had to sort out the key issue ourselves. The property staging is great, many of the frills like pillows, posh rug, shown vases and bed spreads have been stripped from the property. Laundry and Dishwasher are provided, but no laundry soap or dishwasher tabs were supplied. The second bedroom beds are old spring mattresses and were very uncomfortable for our son unfortunately. There is no private deck and the gym has a price to use. Parking is about 40.00 per night. Location is central to everything and one of the reasons we chose this property.

The view from this condo was fantastic for the price. The location is very central to everything.
This home was perfect for a quick weekend in Honolulu. Easy access to Waikiki, food truck park, amazing restaurants. The home was basic and could probably use some freshening up of painting, etc., but it was a delightful stay overall
Great stay. Most amazing setting. Close to everything. Had a wonderful experience.
Not the most updated. Could use a deep clean, but it was fine for us. Would still stay again.
Condo was well kept. Appeared just as in pictures.
Well supplied with needed amenities & extras! Glitch with check-in process but easily resolved. Parking on site with a fee. Would recommend!

Everything was great! Enjoyed my time in this penthouse. I would definitely come back. Only recommendation is remodel the windows for safety.
We stayed for three nights between Christmas and new year. With teens the key access and lock. BOx was perfect so they had freedom to do their own thing. The views were OUTSTANDING mountains, cancel ocean and sunrises were. Awesome.
Some things are a bit dated and we managed our expectations based on past reviews but were pleasantly surprised, everything was great
Incredible views, cleaning missed the mark, management horrible
THE POSITIVESThe views are incredible. The mountain and Diamond Head views are in line with the expense of the unit.COULD BE BETTERWe specifically requested that the unit be cleaned meticulously as we read previous reviews for this unit where items left by previous visitors had been found. Upon arrival, we immediately spotted a used chap-stick under the table in the entryway. While the rest of the unit was tidy, this left a bad first impression. This is not a luxury penthouse unit. It appears that the unit was built over 40 years ago and the interior reflects this. The furnishings are dated. While the air conditioning for the unit was ice cold and powerful, the thermostat in the master bedroom was missing its adjustment knob and the fan control only had one speed of high no matter what you selected.THE NEGATIVESThe management company failed to register with building security that we were guests. As you can imagine, this caused us some problems. Contacting the management company was problematic as they are just a transfer call center for the actual unit's property manager. It took several calls and almost two hours before we finally got to talk to the property manager. The call center would not give us his direct number and she actually hung up on me once. Not professional. As of May 2025, building parking is an additional 50 (cash) per 24 hour period and was not accurately disclosed previously.
I just want to say, Area is Great location., everything is close . But the place needs to update or a list clean , because the couches are so dirty and satin and the bed is Uncomfortable, when i Unfold the couching i Find it a used old condom, the stools are so dirty and stain . The garbaje disposal was full and clogged then i have to take some of the stuff out and reset the bottom to make sure works fine . Tv on master dont work. First bath toilet tank problems ,ruining water
Awesome views, couches had stains on them we covered them with the extra sheets from the master bedroom. One of the drawers in the second bedroom had a womens pantie with lots either crusted bood or fecal residue on it. It was very distutbing and disgusting that it was overlooked by the cleaning persons ! We did not use any of the dressers in the unit we kept our clothes in the suit cases.Manager Mark did apologize and replied that he would reimburse us for the cleaning deposite which I have not ever recieved up to this date. The unit has lots of potential. This is an older building so do not expect anthing you may find like the beach side hotels..
The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. After reading a couple of not 5 star reviews i was slightly worried. Turns out i had no reason to be. The condo itself had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were great. Full kitchen well equiped. The views were magnificent! The location was easy to get around. We did not rent a car, rather rode the bus, and had family stay in another property in the building. The 8 of us ranging from age 6 to 63 found getting around easy. The elevators usually were no issue, one was not running but the wait was never excessive. You are in a city so you have normal city nose and traffic. The noise didn't keep anyone awake. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i were in the area!

Penhouse view come w a cost!
First- I like to say this is not my first time staying in high rise w penhouse view. But this is the first time I experienced this-
Pro- the view and onsite parking for $40 per day; and street food across the street.
Con- very noise, very loud ( you will hear the wind hounding , the cars honking in the streets , loud noise from botttom floors and top floor). The hotel is not up to date ( not the fault of the owner! ) but also will be surprised when walk into old dirty couch w stain, lay on uncomfortable squeaky beds.
I wasn’t asking much when I booked the place but it’ll our whole family of 5 couldn’t sleep bc of how uncomfortable it is!

Price Point Matches Product
It’s hard to not have a good time in Hawaii, especially in a 41st floor penthouse a 10 minute walk from the ocean.
Check in was easy, communication from the property manager was fine.
The hotel is a 2* hotel and it is lucky to have that rating. Ugly aesthetics, loud, rickety and insanely slow elevators. No staff members threw out a friendly ‘Aloha!’
As we entered the penthouse suite, spackle marks on the wall were unfinished and glaring in multiple spots. The dining room light fixture had to be physically plugged in at the base of the wall into an outlet half covered by masking tape. Lots and pans were bent and had nearly all the Teflon stripped. The curtain rods were nearly falling off the wall.
The photos shown on the website make this property look far more desirable than it actually is. We had a good time and nothing overtly terrible occurred however we would not rent here again if we went back to Honolulu.
