Positioned right in the heart of Isle of Palms, this charming 2nd floor condo is just steps from a private pier and sandy shore, with shopping, dining and entertainment close by. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from a private balcony overlooking a community pool and beautiful natural dunes. Unwind and relax with breathtaking sunrises that paint the morning sky vibrant hues of orange and pink. Located just off the IOP Connector, making a trip to nearby Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston is easy and stress free!

Decorated with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this unit is one of the most economical vacation rentals available in a premium location on the IOP - a seaside vacation condo ideal for a small family, a romantic getaway, or maybe just some much needed quiet time for yourself. Sleeping four comfortably, there is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, one built-in twin-like bed (24" x 72") in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Four (4) adults max.

Fully equipped kitchenette, with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, allows the flexibility to cook and dine in after a long day in the sun or out sightseeing Charleston. Plenty of room for storage in bedroom closet and on shelf in hallway. Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels provided for your convenience. Initial supply of toiletries and paper products such as shampoo, toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, and trash bags also included. Wall mounted, flat-screen TVs in living room and bedroom, air conditioning, free parking for one car, access to coin-operated laundry facility, access to private pier/beach/community pool all included.

The Sea Cabins complex offers FREE wireless internet. The password and login instructions will be provided upon arrival. As with any complex-wide internet, we cannot guarantee access, nor provide support for devices.

Contactless check-in/check-out with coded door lock. Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Due to the cleaning process, early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless owner is contacted and approves.

- Unit is 490 square feet, no more than 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 young children.
- There are no elevators in the Sea Cabin complex, access to this 2nd floor unit is via stairs only - 24 steps.

Please review cancellation policy with respect to refunds. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Depending on the plan you choose, travel insurance can build peace of mind by providing emergency medical assistance, financial reimbursements for covered situations such as illness, cancellations, postponements and other unforeseen setbacks. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October. Travel insurance is key!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return any furniture to its original location, place dirty towels in laundry basket, please leave bedding in place for me to remove. Return thermostat setting to (cool) 78 or (heat) 68.
Trash should be placed in dumpster located outside in the street side parking areas of the Sea Cabins complex.
Turn off fans, unplug small appliances, close both doors and PLEASE double check the front door is locked. **Message us of an early morning checkout or unexpected departure**
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SMOKE-FREE rental: NO SMOKING inside or outside on balcony. Property NOT pet-friendly: NO PETS or animals of any kind due to health/safety reasons

What I think sets us apart from most other IOP vacation rentals is that our unit is locally owned, operated, and managed.
