This newly renovated condo, 2nd floor of a 2 story bdg, is designed for comfort and relaxation, the kitchen provides everything needed for a gourmet meal. This unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit.
This newly renovated condo on the 2nd floor of a two story building, pleases and soothes in every way. This condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal for friends and family, or afternoon pupus.
With extra living space on the large lanai, you can enjoy delicious meals or a superb Maui evening with wine or cocktails al fresco. We have a wonderful peekaboo ocean view!
This unit also has adequate wifi speed for video conferencing and working from "home".
The BBQ grill is just a short walk down the steps next to our observation deck, perched over the seawall. This is a fabulous spot for enjoying one of our amazing sunsets, or watching the turtles swim by.
A low density property, Maui Sands glows with the ambiance and charm of Old Hawaii. We have 20 units in a traditional 2-story building, in a park-like setting.
Our check in time is 5pm and check out is 11am.
Please enjoy full use of #715 and the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside while you are here. The exception is the owners lock out. Please do not open any locked closets or cupboards.
You will find beach towels , chairs and coolers, as well as a book trading library and games for you use as well. We recommend renting snorkel gear for best fit and hygiene.
On the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside you will find a sundeck as well as lounge chairs across the oceanfront lawn of the property for sunbathing. There is also a BBQ located at the bottom of the ocean side stairs for guest and residents use.
Please note this property does not have any shared pool access, but the proximity to the ocean makes it absolutely ideal!
Our hale is your hale! With the exception of the owners lockouts, you have access to all areas of the condo.

We are in the heart of Honokowai, close to delicious take-out and dine-in restaurants, as well as shopping, grocery stores, and the award-winning Farmer's Market.
We keep several guide books in the condo for your use as well.
Although we recommend that you purchase a car rental to see the island, there is a bus service here on Maui. There are bus stops all along road, and one both just north and just south of the property of the main road, Lwr Honoapiilani Rd.
*We have a check in time of 5pm and a check out time of 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
*This unit does have AC that is more than adequate to cool the space, and is located in the living room. There are both ceiling fans and floor fans in the living room and bedroom. Please note that as Maui has some of the most expensive electric in the US, we keep it on a timer to mitigate costs.
*We take your safety and well-being seriously. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are spending as much time as necessary to make sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned before you check in.
We ask you to plan ahead as we may not be able to allow early check ins and late check outs as often as we would like.
For check ins on Christmas and Thanksgiving day our cleaning service charges an addtional holiday cleaning fee of $75.

This condo is unique in that it has the undying love and attention of three special couples who are partners and friends in it's ownership.
Dave and Betsy- 'We each discovered Hawaii in our youth, and our love of it was one of the 1st things we learned we had in common. After a Hawaiian-themed wedding, we flew to Maui from Olympia, WA, for our honeymoon. As high school teachers, we were able to spend many winter breaks in Maui where we discovered Maui Sands. It felt like a miracle to be able to own part of Unit 715, and it has become a cherished second home. Snorkeling, whale watching, exploring, and reading at the beach during the day, then, visiting with friends and watching the sun drop into the ocean each evening from the deck—what a life!' Paul and Deana - 'We are a retired couple living in Vancouver WA. We jumped at the chance to own a piece of paradise. Spending part of our retirement in Hawaii has been a dream come true. The peacefulness of Maui Sands and the neighborhood of Honokowai are big pluses for us. The nearby Farmers' Market as well as restaurants and a supermarket allow us to stay close to home if we choose. Sunsets, views of Lanai & Molokai and sea life add to the serenity. Exploring the island and enjoying its natural beauty are a part of every visit.' Paul and Kathy- ' We are lifelong residents of Lacey, WA. We were presented the opportunity to buy-in on this partnership (we were reluctant at first), and we are sure glad we took the leap! This place is wonderful!

The inspiration is endless.
