In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, 4 km from Cadillac, our cottage is housed in the former tenant farmers' quarters of an 18th-century winegrowers' château, built of rubble and cut stone, perched on a hillside in a lush green setting and surrounded by vineyards. Here, breathtaking views of the Garonne Valley and the Broussey Monastery invite you to relax and unwind. The 2-hectare south-facing park and the shaded courtyard terrace, both enhanced by garden furniture, offer everyone a space for freedom and relaxation. The cottage consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a dual-aspect room bathed in light where you can admire its exposed stone wall. In the living room, equipped with a sofa bed and comfortable bedding, the magnificent open fireplace will warm winter evenings and evoke the authenticity of the place. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds (160cm) and beautiful, tastefully restored family wardrobes. The bathroom, with its double sinks and spacious walk-in shower, will bring you comfort and well-being. The entire cottage is equipped with electric heating. Free Wi-Fi. Sheets, towels, and household linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service). Parking on the property. Tourist tax is an additional charge. A second cottage is located on the property.
