Idaho is all about the outdoors and this home is in close proximity to ALL the offerings! Enjoy the safe and peaceful community while taking a stroll through the public walking trails or taking the kids to the neighborhood parks. Drive 5 minutes to miles of foothill hiking trails. Drive less than 5 minutes to Shadow Valley Golf Course. Drive 50 minutes to Bogus Basin - a year round destination for skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, hiking, or take a ride on Idaho's only mountain coaster. Very clean property and neighborhood. Very comfortable bedding as well. Could use some black-out shades in the bedrooms to keep rooms darker in the summer mornings to sleep in.

The property was really beautiful and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and had so much natural light. The 2 bikes were such a fun addition for morning rides around the beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and the giant pool and community center were really awesome too! I strongly recommend this rental property - it felt luxurious for our group of 8.

Big & Beautiful home for BSU graduation!

What a beautifully well appointed home for our Boise visit! Comfortable memory foam beds, large kitchen with outdoor BBQ, lots of cushy seating for all of us. It’s about 30 minutes from BSU, but the beauty all around made it worth the drive. A stream in the backyard for the kids to watch ducks and wildlife made it fun for all! We loved this home.

Fantastic home

From the moment we pulled up and walked in our vrbo house on Suttle lake we noticed it was the cleanest house we have ever booked. The house had everything that we needed from pool towels to an all stocked kitchen. We loved to read on the peaceful, private porch out back, watching the goldfinches. The house was in a wonderful safe neighborhood which was in a convenient location within driving distance to all of our activities.

We had a wonderful time. Visited a friend who just opened a new restaurant. Vintage 61 in Meridian. We drove up to McCall and Payette for a day. Super trip. There was a pizza left in the oven from the previous guest.... unfortunately too old to eat!!!

What a Spectacular Home

Absolutely love this house and neighborhood. Perfect location, tucked away with a stream right out back. Took the bikes out for a couple of evening rides, so beautiful. Excellent master bed, I could easily stay in it all day! We accidentally said "when we go home tonight" to our friends thinking for a split moment it was our home. lol Everything we needed to get a started was there, very convenient laundry room, kitchen, and Coffee Thank you for a great summer vacation, Hope to see you in the winter!!

We stayed over Christmas, as relatives live in the same neighborhood. It was just a block away from lots of family Christmas fun. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting folks in Dry Creek Ranch development, but need your own space. A beautiful, spacious and clean home. Lots of beautiful walking trails nearby. ❤️

We chose this house because of the location! We are hopefully moving to this development sometime in the next two years and wanted to see what it was like. This house was one of THE BEST places we’ve stayed, anywhere around the world. We’ve traveled a lot! From the thick, luxurious bath towels, to the master bed and bed sheets…WOW! This bed is perfect and will not hurt your back. No lumps, no sags. Decor is done to a “T”, the floor to ceiling windows were fantastic with no neighbors behind! We kept the blinds open to watch the light snow fall in the night, and I’m sure we will be booking again when we return.

This house was a dream to stay at! Newly built, gorgeous interior details, so much space, and best of all every kitchen utensil you could need when cooking! Fabulous house and stay

Staying at Suttle Lake Splendor was a wonderful experience! The pictures were exact, and the house is even prettier in person. Working with Tamlyn from iTrip was wonderful as well. She was extremely responsive and attentive. The neighborhood was lovely with very nice neighbors. I'd highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.
