5 Bedroom 3 Bath located on a large lot in the Mobile Home section on Campground Rd.
2 Kings , 2 Queens, 1 Full over Full Bunk, Twin over Twin Bunk
Gas Grill (We do not supply tanks for the grills)
Washer and Dryer
Lots of Parking
**WE USE FRAGRANCE PLUG-INS IN OUR RENTAL SO SHOULD YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO FRAGRANCE, LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.
A Complimentary golf cart is included in the Rental. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. ***
OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool. water park including Lazy river, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activites, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!
Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car.
