2 Wochen Badeurlaub in Rogoznica

- Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Strand ist mit feinem Schotter aufgefüllt (keine Seeigel). Eigene Süßwasserdusche unten am Haus, Top! - Blick aus dem großen Schlafraum ist traumhaft. - Klimaanlage im Schlafraum unter dem Dach - Große Kühl-/Gefrierkombie. Gasherd (3-Flammen + 1x Elektro), Mikrowelle, Toster, Kaffeemaschine, alles vorhanden - Große (ca. 20 qm) mit Schilfrohr überdachte Terrasse auf der Hausrückseite mit offenem Kamin zum Grillen. Prima. - Lage auf der Insel von Rogoznica. Super ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah zum Stadtkern (rund 200 m über die Insel oder mit einem etwas längeren Spaziergang am Ufer entlang). - Die Hausbesitzer (Kroatisch-Italienisches Paar mit 1 Sohn) betreiben einen kleinen Pizza-Service unten im Haus mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - - Keine Klimaanlage im großen Schlafraum. War manchmal etwas war. Fenster aufmachen ist schlecht wegen der Schnaken (nicht mehr wie sonst wo, aber leider vorhanden). - Die Möbel in der Küch nähern sich langsam ihrem zeitlichen Ende. - Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer war nicht sehr gut. Matraze durchgelegen und das Holzgestelle hat furchtbar geknarrt. Die anderen Betten waren o.k. - Es hat uns geärgert, dass in der Beschreibung nichts von dem Pizza-Service erwähnt wurde, auch wenn die Beeinträchtigung eher gering und die Pizza recht gut war. Aber in der Beschreibung zu schreiben "Besitzer wohnt zeitweise im Objekt" und stattdessen wohnt dieser dauerhaft dort und betreibt einen Pizza-Service ist doch ein Unterschied!! Das gehört in der Objektbeschreibung dringend geändert. Trotz der aufgeführten Minuspunkte war die Wohnung alles in allem zu einem anständigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeboten und wer mit kleineren Missständen leben kann, für den bietet die Wohnung einen schönen Urlaub, den die LAge auf der Insel und die Gesamtatmosphäre machen diese Missstände zum größten Teil wieder wett.
