All the amenities of the village are within walking distance.<br><br>Detached house 60 m² with terrace and balcony.<br><br>House completely renovated and equipped.<br>When you push the front door you discover the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.<br><br>Equipment level: fridge with small freezer, gas hob, fan oven, combination microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric plancha, electric barbecue and everything you need to cook.<br><br>The air-conditioned living room has an express convertible corner sofa and has real bedding for 2 people of 140cm (18cm thick), a large TV and access to the balcony.<br><br>The bedroom offers a 160cm queen size bed with pocket springs and memory foam mattress toppers as well as a green marble chest of drawers.<br><br>The shower room has a shower cubicle, a bathroom cabinet with storage, a hairdryer and a washing machine.<br><br>A drying rack, an ironing board and an iron are at your disposal.<br><br>Sheets, shower towels and tea towels are included.<br><br>A travel cot can be made available free of charge with a real mattress, so let us know in advance because the bed is not placed.<br>Bed linen is not provided.<br><br>Outside, a summer lounge is at your disposal with side table to use the electric barbecue and the plancha.<br><br>Arrival is autonomously from 2 p.m.<br>Access is via a garage door.<br><br>The entire space of the house, from under the house as well as the terrace area is freely available.<br><br>The garden belongs to the neighbour and is therefore not accessible.<br><br>Public charging stations for electric vehicles are just a few metres from the house.<br><br>Departures are no later than 10 a.m., house clean, cleaned and tidy.
