Regarding the artificial flowers, they are part of the owner's decorative choices. However, they should of course not have been dusty, and we have taken note of your comment on this point. As for the stairs, this is an old and authentic Honfleur house, and their narrow and steep configuration is clearly indicated in our listing. We specifically point out that the property is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. We understand that with knee problems the stairs may have been particularly challenging, which is precisely why we provide this information before booking so that guests can determine whether the property is suitable for them.
