Point Ann Place is a whole house rental. The owner does not live on site. Please Note: The price listed on page is a base price per night for 1-2 guests. There is an additional per person/per night fee for each guest beyond 2. Point Ann Place is an historic home in McGregor, IA located six blocks from the Mississippi River. Hello and thank you for your interest in Point Ann Place. I am Iowa born and raised and love the beautiful northeast corner of the state. I purchased this property to offer hospitality to families and friends so they can gather together and explore all there is to offer: the Mississippi River, trout streams, hiking, fishing, etc. The previous home owners were outstanding stewards of the property, operating it as The Stauer House Bed and Breakkfast the past 17 years. My goal is to continue their tradition, offering caring and attentive hospitality as a whole house rental.
