Family home with large yard on the shores of Spirit Lake - amazing sunsets!

You won't find a more incredible view of Spirit Lake! This eastside home, right on the water, includes over 60 feet of shoreline. Bring your boat for your stay; an electric hoist is included. The home includes a large deck with comfy, solid furniture, allowing you to enjoy the lake all day long. A relaxing bench swing sits close to the water.

The home has 4 bedrooms with sleeping space for up to 15 people and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and small appliances; a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher all make your stay more comfortable. The garage includes yard games, a kayak, and a gas grill for your use.

For the kids, there's a charmling little playhouse and a few bikes. The home is located right across from the biking & walking path, giving you easy access to recreation.
