<br>Welcome to our little corner of paradise ideally located in the city, with its swimming pool (from June to October) and its garden.<br>Without vis-à-vis and out of sight, the apartment is quiet, facing the rising sun, with a beautiful unobstructed view of Nice. Its access is private. <br><br>Located on the garden level of our villa, built in 1931, the charming apartment has been completely renovated in the contemporary style.<br>With a surface area of 30 m2, it consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, an independent bedroom with cupboard, a shower room.<br>Fully furnished to new, very comfortable, it can accommodate 4 people.<br>There is all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. Very well insulated, it stays cool naturally night and day. For even more comfort, we have installed air conditioning in the room.<br>You will benefit from the shaded, private terrace as well as part of the garden.<br>Naturism is possible. <br>Our young and nice dog Romeo is playful. Very sociable, he will come to see you but will not enter your apartment ;-). <br><br>Our villa is located in the very residential area of Cimiez. The gay district and the old town of Nice are only 13 minutes away on foot, the train station and the beach are 1.8 km away, or 25 minutes on foot.<br>Four bus stops (10 minutes from the hyper centre) and a power supply are 200 m away. The tram stop is 8 minutes walk away<br>If you are driving, free parking is possible in the nearby streets.<br><br>We rent for a minimum of three nights.<br>Flat-rate laundry and partial cleaning fees, plus 40€.<br>Bed linen and towel provided.
