Fabulous Water Views, Pet Friendly 1 Bedroom

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the coastal comfort with an open floor plan and spacious rooms. The living room is tastefully decorated with new sofa and chairs and other family friendly furnishings and  ocean accents that complement the natural light from the covered porch windows. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book or gathering around to enjoy the flat-screen TV. Located just off the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of nearby Broad Creek. The dining area, with comfortable seating for four guests, is only steps away from the fully equipped and renovated kitchen, with everything you need to enjoy a great home-cooked meal. The beautiful master suite is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen television.   The large, private master bathroom has a large, glass shower and double vanity. Come enjoy the cool breezes at 202 Captains Quarters!

Shelter Cove has evolved over the years into the island’s hub. Located mid island, this
Mediterranean- styled marina (repeat winner this year for best marina on the island) has
it all: watersports, dining, shopping, entertainment and extraordinary views. No matter
the time of day or night, the wrap-around boardwalk is filled with dog walkers, families
enjoying the sights or couples sharing quiet moments on the benches located along the
walkway.
Spring and summer are when Shelter Cove really comes to life. Nightly entertainment
at the gazebo, festivals and events of every kind, including the fabulous Memorial Day
Arts Festival. Most memorable is the always popular 30 th year, Tuesday night firework
extravaganza, Harbourfest, featuring vendors, music and kids’ activities, culminating in
a great firework display at dusk. (We have heard a rumor of something special planned
for the 250 th anniversary of the USA this year!) Enjoy kayaking, rent a boat for a quick
cruise down the waterway, go cruise and watch some dolphins or just enjoy the beauty
of the “back side of the island.”

Perfect size

We loved this property. It was the perfect size for us. We loved the location. The sunsets were amazing on the porch. Neighbors were friendly. Even saw some dolphins. We can't wait to return.

Great patio deck

Loved being so close to the marina. Ela's on the water restaurant is great & only a gate walk away. Enjoyed paddleboarding & watching all the other boats from the patio. Very nice! Thank you

Loved Shelter Cove marina

Great area, nice condo…kitchen well stocked, bedroom needs black out curtains due to outdoor lights ….view from deck is excellent, front row for Tuesday night fireworks show….2 minutes to the pool, 5-7 minutes to the beach….close to everything….the couch fold out bed is very uncomfortable.. Overall great condo & I will rent again

Fantastic Stay
