You will be a short drive from anywhere you want to be in the Charlotte area. This beautiful house hosts up to 8 people comfortably. We look forward to hosting you soon!!

Great place to stay at Southpark

Very comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay in Charlotte near Southpark. Well furnished kitchen and comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. Huge screen TV in the living room. Washer and dryer came in handy during our stay.

Good stay

The VRBO was beautiful and spotless. It was well stocked. The location was perfect, not far from uptown and close to many restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Listing Not As Described

My family and I were evacuating from Hurricane Helene and arrived to check in at this property but decided not to stay because the property was not as described and there were multiple issues. This property is on an extremely busy road with buses and cars flying by, which was not noted in the listing. In addition, the property was unkempt with overflowing trash, trash on the ground, buckets of water outside and landscaping in need of attention. Inside, the property had a strange smell, there was rust in the washing machine, multiple areas in need of repair and paint, and other issues that I documented. We did not feel comfortable/safe stay in the property and did not feel that all of the issues could be timely remedied.

Awesome location!! Very nice, updated place. We had just what we needed. Owner was very friendly and reached out to check to make sure there were no issues during our week there. Can't say enough about the very central/convenient location. And right by a beautiful park!

Exactly what we hoped for!

The house was very clean and much more spacious than we expected! Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. TV was fully loaded with streaming devices which was awesome! We will definitely stay at this home again for our next trip to Charlotte!

The perfect place

Clean & beautifully renovated Southpark house

The house is in a great location with easy access to Whole Foods, Southpark Mall and the Harris Y. We enjoyed a picnic with our grandchildren on the very large backyard. The house was very clean and modern. Jason was a very responsive host.
