Come stay in this beautiful, warm, cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo which is close to everything & is one of the best locations you can find in Park City! Just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort, Main Street Park City & only steps away from the bus stop, grocery store, brew pub/restaurant & golf course. A few seconds walk to the hot tub & room to spread out whether in the large well appointed kitchen, watching movies, BBQing on the deck or just hanging out in front of the gas fireplace.
No parties or events. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or events, regardless of any damages.
No smoking. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in unit, regardless of any damages.

This was a great spot! A few of us were looking for something that was walkable to the ski lifts with dining options nearby and this checked off all the boxes! Spacious accommodations with a very convenient check-in/out process. Had no issues and would rent from again!

Property was as expected and in a great location. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a food wrapper and other things behind the bed in master bedroom. Other than that, the gome was clean. We enjoyed our time in park city and had a fun day at Sundance resort.

Girls trip fun

A couple girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend in park city. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was much bigger than expected and so clean. The only con is the property doesn’t have AC. I don’t see this being an issue most days but it was a historical heat weekend and we got a little warm. Talking to the host was great and the pool was our favorite part. Thanks for a great weekend!

This condo is very spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities. It's walking distance from Park City Mountain, but there is also a bus that will take you right up to the resort in 5 minutes. Fresh Market is a short walk across the street from the complex. Good restaurants and a Starbucks are nearby as well. There are 2 great sporting goods stores within walking distance as well. We also enjoyed the hot tubs, which are directly across from the condo. Although the interior of the condo is clean, quiet and very well-equipped, the decor could use a little updating. But that would not stop us from booking this property again when we travel to Park City.

This property is everything that it needed to be: close to the mountain, across the street from a grocery store, across the street from the hot tubs, and clean. The only downside we found is that the property is listed to fit 10 people and we felt as if we were maxed out at 9. That's with people sleeping on the couches and an air mattress.
