The Space:
At 600 square feet, Sweet Home La Cabana is perfect for those seeking a cozy escape without the need for a large house. The open, vaulted living area is bright and airy, with a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures. The kitchen table extends for seating up to 6, and outdoor grill and seating are also available for your enjoyment.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom- King bed
Guest bedroom- Full over Full bunk bed

Open Concept Layout: Ample-sized and fully equipped kitchen opens up into the dining and living area with games/puzzles for added entertainment.

The guest has access to the entire condo, except for the owner's closet.

Entertainment: All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable television service

Connectivity: Wireless internet access provided for your convenience

Laundry Facilities: Private washer/dryer in the unit for added convenience

Parking and Boat Policy: Parking for 3 standard-size vehicles or 2 plus a boat

Note: Pets are not allowed; 2-night minimum stay, 3-night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest)

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have a lock at our property so you won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. Hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge are among the basic items that are conveniently available on the property until you are ready to go shopping.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.

Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, suntan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
