The Property

Enjoy luxury, tranquility, and premier beach living in this spacious condo at the International World Tour Golf Resort. This oasis is the perfect haven for beach-goers and golf enthusiasts alike, offering a peaceful retreat just a short drive from the coast.

The condo is fully furnished for a comfortable stay, featuring a private, turfed balcony with serene views overlooking a lush, green 18-hole golf course.

• Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a TV, a dedicated work desk, and sliding door access to the balcony.

• Second Bedroom: Contains two queen-sized beds, a TV, and easy access to the second full bathroom.

• Living & Dining: The open-concept area includes a 4-person dining table, island stools for extra seating, and a selection of classic board and card games for entertainment.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking equipment, serving plates, utensils, a toaster oven, and a microwave.

• Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Nice comfy place to stay.

Super comfy, awesome mattresses and sheets. Right on golf course. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Internet not so great but that’s not real important. Overall I was very happy with the stay.

Le propriétaire est répond vite aux demandes. Condo propre quoique les tapis auraient eu besoin d’un bon shampoing. Seulement un divan( 3 places) dans salon devrait y avoir au moins un ou deux autres fauteuils pour 4 personnes.

Great place to stay for the week!

We recently came to Myrtle Beach for a week and stayed at this condo. It was perfect! It was close enough to town and all the attractions but also very quiet and clean. I couldn't have survived without a full kitchen and washer and dryer for an entire week. This place was great!

In town for a basketball tourney

This was a perfect rental for our family. It was affordable, close to our venue for basketball, and super roomy and clean. Randall communicated promptly when we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again next year when we return for our basketball tourney again.
