About this property

Maison a 2 pas des Volcans

Séverine and Fabrice offer you a comfortable cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of a spacious bedroom (bed 140*190 and a dressing room), a bathroom and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (Murphy bed 160x200 and a sofa) on the outside side you will find garden furniture to relax as well as a table and 4 chairs for your meals.
The accommodation being adjoining our house you will share our garden while being each at home (except for the possible visits of our dog Mia who really likes contact with people😅)
Please note that the accommodation is not equipped with a washing machine due to lack of space... If necessary, you will find self-service machines at the mini-market which is 300m away.
The accommodation is 10 minutes walk from the castle of Val and its water reservoir of the Bort les Orgues dam.

Between lakes and volcanoes, a few kilometres from the ski slopes of Mont Dore.

Come and discover our beautiful region, marvel at its magnificent landscapes.

If you wish, for a ride (or several), we lend you mountain bikes.
Hiking departures are located in the centre of the village.
We provide you with a folder with hiking, cycling, car and motorcycle circuits

Bonjour,Nous avons passé avec notre chat 3 semaines dans cette maison avec un grand jardin à Lanobre petit bourg de 1500 habitants situé à 650 m d'altitude. Nous avons eu 2 semaines d'un climat vraiment chaud la journée et très frais la soirée.Heureusement que la maison possède deux climatiseurs.A noter que ce jardin est proche d'une nationale et que l'on peut entendre le bruit des camions.Tout proche de la maison, on peut trouver une pharmacie et un petit super marché ainsi qu'une laverie automatique car il n'y a pas dans cette location une machine à laver le linge.Les environs sont vraiment beaux. Plusieurs lacs sont dans le voisinage de Lanobre dont le Lac de Bort où se trouve le château de Val que l'on peut visiter.Les loueurs sont très accueillants et toujours prêts à donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter.Donc 3 belles semaines!

Maison idéalement située près des volcans, au carrefour de la Corrèze, du Cantal et du Puy de Dôme ! Le logement est fonctionnel, très bien décoré, les hôtes très chaleureux ! Un petit catalogue vous attend avec des conseils de promenades et découvertes, ainsi que quelques documentations pour alimenter vos journées. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour agréable au Champenois

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute et respectueux de la tranquillité de leurs locataires.. L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et conforme à la description. Il est bien situé par rapport aux balades à découvrir. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit dû la proximité de la route . Mais en résumé, séjour très agréable et hôtes charmants.

Ballade en plein air .

Un très bon accueil dans une petite maison charmante très bien agencée avec cour fermée sans vis à vis ;De belles visites à faire dans les alentours et aussi des randonnées . Un très bon séjour .Super !!! Patrick .

promenades

emplacement idéal car accès au Puy de Dôme et Corrèze. Moyen de transport obligatoire car déplacement de 45mn à 1h pour les balades. Dommage que ce soit le long de la départementale, mais le logement est bien insonorisé et très frais pour les vacances d'été. Le château du Val et son lac à 5mn en voiture ou 2km à pieds idéal. Propriétaires très disponibles. N'hésitez pas à les contacter en cas de besoin.
