Cocoonr offers this charming 52 m² air-conditioned house with shared swimming pool for rent in Belgodère, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Fibre included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
- One bathroom.
- Separate WC.

Outside area:
- A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful garden of around 50 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m² and a second north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered outdoor car park, located 100 metres away (1 space).
