- 30 mÂČ living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A master bedroom with double bed (140×190), dressing room, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and balcony.

Outside:
- A fully fenced 8x4m swimming pool (private, unheated) open from June to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual.
- A beautiful 4,000 mÂČ garden
- A 50 mÂČ outdoor terrace and a 15 mÂČ covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- An 11 mÂČ veranda

The house is ideally located in Draguignan in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes by car from the centre of Draguignan and Lorgues. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

- The sea is around 40 minutes away by car

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 7 vehicles.

A 3 week stay

The home interior is well layout and the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. The furniture was a bit spartan, side tables for the sofas would be great and a table accent to the fridge would help. Unfortunately the heaters in both bathrooms were not working, which the manager intended to get fixed. We rented in February so we did not use the garden, but for a summer use the garden would need some serious upkeep to trim hedges and remove weeds. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite some minor irritants.

Mobilier extérieur un peu usé (salon de jardin, table de ping pong et boules de pétanque cassées). Un peu juste également au niveau du linge fourni (1 serviette de toilette par personne qui doit également servir pour la piscine) idem pour le torchon. Nous n avons pas eu de chance cette année avec les moustiques qui ont limité nos repas sur la terasse. Pensez à prendre du répulsif. Cela dit, belle adresse."
