The Space:
**Driveway holds max 2 cars. All other will be towed by the city. Unfortunately we have no control of this!**

Hollywood, Florida may not be as famous as its namesake in California, but that doesn’t mean that you should give this city a miss in favor of a trip to Los Angeles. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, there is a gorgeous beach here which makes this is the perfect destination for those who want to spend some time on the sand. There is a historic boardwalk that has a wealth of beachfront dining and accommodation and will help you make the most of the sun and surf in this city. The beach is not the only thing that Hollywood has going for it. As you venture into town, you will find amazing galleries, parks, and cinemas. If you love culture, you won’t be disappointed by the wealth of events that center around art here such as public art installations and the ArtWalk that takes place every month. Please be aware that we have surveillance cameras installed outside the property for safety reasons only. The cameras will be on during your stay.
The footage from the cameras is only reviewed if there is an incident or if we need to investigate suspicious activity. We do not share the footage with anyone else.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
