You’ll love our private and very cozy guesthouse with full modern kitchen, washer/dryer on-site, oversized shower, spacious bedroom with very a comfortable king size mattress, a couch that turns into a queen size bed AND the most amazing view!

We do have 3 security camera on the property (above the attached garage, in the corner of the main garage, and directly across from it on the tree). They all are easily visible and are not monitored. They are there to protect both guests and hosts and footage is only viewed in case of an issue.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The views are genuinely impressive, and we spent a good amount of time on the patio - even had a hawk keeping us company, which was a nice surprise. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond whenever we needed anything.A few things to know going in: the property is close to a main road, so expect some traffic noise during the day. It settles down at night, and there's a sound machine available if you need it. WiFi was also a bit hit or miss, so keep that in mind if you're planning to work or stream.Overall a solid stay with a host who clearly cares about the place. We'd happily return!

What a wonderful hidden gem! It was such a peaceful retreat, with an amazing view, and yet there were great amenities right down the hill just a few minutes away. The hosts were also wonderful, especially when I needed to add a few extra days to my stay. I’d love to go back again!

Aysa was wonderful to work with—she always answered my questions quickly and kindly (even the couple of dumb ones I asked!). We arrived late on our first night, tired and a bit weary from travel, but waking up the next morning to that incredible view and all the beautiful light in the unit made all of that melt away. It was the perfect start to our stay and that feeling lasted throughout the week. This location is so convenient to all that San Diego has to offer. Hope to return often

My wife and I stayed for a week in this private guest house in northern Poway, and it was exactly as advertised. It's a standalone guest house with two dedicated parking spaces in the front, making it both private and convenient.Our host, Asya, was friendly and very responsive to our texts. We arrived at dusk, and the exterior lights had been left on to welcome us and light our way, which was a thoughtful touch.The guest house was exceptionally clean, bright, and comfortable. The floor plan provides privacy for two couples, with two separate sleeping areas connected by a shared bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with all the detergent and supplies needed for washing and drying clothes. There is a lemon tree loaded with lemons outside the front door.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We were pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras in the refrigerator, including eggs, cheese, Pepsi, pudding cups, bottles of water, and popsicles were in the freezer. In the cupboards were many other useful items such as spices and herbs, baking supplies, coffee and tea suppies and a bottle of high quality olive, this made it easy to prepare a simple meal after our arrival. The guest house was in excellent condition. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen, relax in the guest house, and enjoy our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Poway area.

The place is spacious and easy to get in and out of, though it does have a steep driveway. Because it's access is easy, it is also close to the Poway Road which means cars are heard whizzing by. The owner has a sound machine available to help minimize the sound. Aysa is responsive to needs quickly. Lemons and oranges grow outside the front door!

Here to see our grand kids. Lovely shaded patio in the morning to enjoy your coffee and relax. Only downside is the kitchen couls be better equiped with cooking utensils and an extra chair in the living room woukd be great. It has plenty of space and good value.

Our place in Poway, aka “The City in the Country” is our little oasis where we go to unwind, relax, and reflect on life. It is 20-30 miles away from all the major attractions San Diego has to offer: zoo, Legoland, downtown SD, Coronado, Miramar base, museums, beach, and fine dining. Lake Poway and Potato Chip mountain are just a few minutes away and many of our guests do enjoy hiking in our area.
