You’ll be charmed by the beautiful setting and the views of nature. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a beautifully renovated bathroom, as well as two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with a 140x190 cm bed, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 90x190 cm bed, and a third bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A second bathroom with a toilet is available for your use. The landing has been converted into a relaxation area where you can share warm, friendly moments, and it features a play area for children. The fully fenced property will be a delight for your pets. You’ll appreciate the outdoor furniture set with a parasol, the barbecue, and the lounge chairs provided. Anglers, you can safely store your boat in the courtyard or the basement. A ping-pong table will liven up your evenings with family or friends, and the basement also provides a secure place to store your bikes so you can explore the trails of the Aube region. A laundry room with an ironing board, iron, and clothesline, as well as a ping-pong table and a foosball table, round out the basement. Additional charges: bed linens (€8 per bed) and the cleaning fee (€60).
