Open concept living space to cater to your family or for one. Make yourself comfortable just like home. (or slightly better :) Super close to the freeway, but without the noise. We are only one exit away from Idaho State University. Two minutes from a very nice restaurant. The Sand Piper. Two blocks from gas stations and fast food restaurants. Only 36 minutes to Lava Hot Springs. 2 1/2 hours to Yellowstone national park.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed staying in this updated home!

My five sisters and I enjoyed our getaway in this nicely decorated, updated home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we enjoyed the two family rooms for watching movies and conversation. We will likely stay here again.

Clean, like home feeling, easy communication with owner, nice neighborhood.

We came to the area for our sons wedding. It was the perfect place to home our family for a few days and be able to have get together time with extended family before and after the wedding. The house had a great feeling of being in our own home.

We had a wonderful stay here. Love the split floor plan, so the kids can stay down stairs and play. Very roomy home and great communication with owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shasta property. We had just about everything we needed, and were very comfortable. It was clean, and in a great neighborhood, but still close to I-15. We would definately stay there again.

Hello, Mari and I (Zac) have lived here in Pocatello for many years. We have a family business of buying houses for cash and have had the children be a part of it. We enjoy traveling and many other outdoor activities. Mari is a Registered Nurse. I used to travel the country as a welder but now do Real Estate full time. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and helping us make our dreams come true.

Why they chose this property

House has been completely updated. It has a fresh open feel when you walk into the split entry home. Whether you are cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or hanging out in the upstairs living room you can all hang out do to the open concept. The Down stairs living area is set up with Wii, board games, Hulu, Showtime, Prime video and a desk to do any work if need be:(. There is also free laundry on site
