Middle row house near the beach, quiet location but in the middle of life

Tossens is located on the green peninsula of Butjadingen in the so-called Dreiwasserland between the North Sea, the Weser and the Jade.
The holiday home 'Bi'n Blanken Hansen' is a row house right behind the dike and at the end of a quiet side street.
Beach, restaurants, snacks (delicious fish rolls!) Bicycle rental, bakery and the fun pool of a center park are within a 10-minute walk.
The house is a non-smoking house and is designed for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
On the ground floor are the living room with exit to the terrace and garden, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with TV (flat screen), DVD, stereo and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is compact but complete with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms for a total of 4 people and a loggia (glazed balcony). There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second.
A parking space is in front of the house.
The house is not suitable for the disabled.

Das Haus ist sehr klein und alles sehr eng, das Bad ist eine Katastrophe für Menschen die groß und etwas breiter gebaut sind. Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht richtig sauber, wir haben uns nach Sichtung der Töpfe und Pfannen dazu entschieden jeden Tag essen zu gehen. Vor dem Haus lagen schon bei Ankunft Müllsäcke, diese lagen die ganze Woche da. Der Strandkorb im Garten ist total morsch und schmuddelig. Die Senseo Kaffeemaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert und WLAN gab es auch keins. Die oberen Räume waren soweit ok. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Das positivste am Urlaub war der wirklich kurze Weg zum Meer! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Einen Super Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe haben den Aufenthalt einigermaßen angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen wieder nach Tossens, aber definitiv in eine andere Unterkunft!

Gemütliches kleines Rheinhaus was sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber war. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Leider gab es kein Internet bzw W-Lan was aber nur die Kinder doof fanden. :-)Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Lediglich 90€ Endreinigung für 3Tage, ohne Bettwäsche zu wechseln und ohne Handtücher zu waschen,( hatten wir mitgebracht, da sonst noch mehr Kosten aufgekommen wären) finden wir schon unangemessen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig. Man ist mal schnell über den Deich. Es könnten sie „Ecken“ noch besser gesäubert werden, aber ansonsten war alles Tipi Top.

Schnuckeliges Reihenmittelhaus in einer Top Lage. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da was man braucht. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber hat gepasst. Wohnzimmer ist geräumig eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer auch. Super der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus mit Schuppen wo wir zwei Fahrräder unterstellen könnten. Alles in allem und für den Preis auch echt super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Check-in war auch top!

Wir wären gern länger geblieben!

Küche und Bad sind sehr klein, aber es funktionierte alles perfekt. Gern genutzt haben wir auch den kleinen Backofen und die Mikrowelle.Genossen haben wir die absolute Ruhe in so zentraler, lebendiger Lage mit hochwertigen Restaurants, Imbissen, Laden, Bäcker und der Nähe zum Wasser und den Spielplätzen.Sehr wichtig war für uns die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.

Es hat alles bestens geklappt und das Haus war super.Bad für kräftige Personen etwas eng und Küche sehr klein,aber alles was man braucht.Einziges was mir persönlich in dieser Zeit gefehlt hat war whlan.Der Mobilanbieter bei mir ist dort nicht gerade der schnellste. Würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.Für schlechtes Wetter kann ja keiner was dafür

Die Lage ist einfach unbeschreiblich gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der komplette Ablauf war klasse.Was man wissen muss das Haus ist sehr, sehr klein. Wenn nun 4 Leute für 10 Tage anreisen und dementsprechend viel Gepäck mithaben könnte es eng werden. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und ein Zimmer als Ankleidezimmer genutzt haben ging dies gut. Meine Tochter hat vor allem das Spielzimmer geliebt.Wie auch zuvor schon zu lesen ist, ist das Bad extrem klein, aber es geht. Für mich war die Wohnung sauber, ich schaue aber auch nicht in jede Ecke.Zwei Punkt habe ich zu bemängeln und das ist zum einen der Geruch. Wer schon einmal in einem älteren Wohnwagen geschlafen hat kennt diesen Geruch, schwer zu beschreiben aber unglaublich unangenehm. Zum anderen das fehlende WLAN. Ja, es steht nicht im Inserat, jedoch dachte ich das die Standard war.Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in dieser schönen kleinen Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt zu Anfang viel uns auf, wie sauber es war, sowas erlebt man halt doch nicht immer. Als unser Sohn (fast 3) dann anfing das Haus zu erkunden und die Loggia mit den ganzen Spielsachen gesehen hat wollte er fast gar nicht mehr raus. Toll ist auch die Lage in fast erster am Deich. Für einen Kurzurlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wattwanderungen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und sehr angenehm.

War ok.

Im großen und ganzen schön. Wir hatten gutes wetter und konnten viel unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr Fußkalt und Küche und Bad sehr sehr klein. Auserdem ist ein gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Für ein paar Tage Urlaub völlig in Ordnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten ist man an der Nordsee.
