The air-conditioned unit is located on the ground floor of the house and includes: 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa that converts to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire property was completely renovated in 2023.
