Great location, can't beat it for access to North Conway's shops and dining. There are two portable ACs, one in the main room and one in the bedroom with multiple beds, but none in the other bedroom, only a fan, it was not an issue for our stay though, they were able to keep the condo cool. The pool was closed during our week stay however, not sure if it is still available

Very nice location. It was quiet and the people we did see were friendly and welcoming. Our host communicated with us throughout the process. Great trails for walking or snowshoeing or cross country skiing right outside the door.
