A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. A bathroom with a shower and toilet. A fenced-in 70 m² garden with outdoor tables, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue, completely private. Parking spaces in front of the house are paid, but spaces on the street across the way are free. Once you’ve parked your car, you won’t need it anymore. The rental is located in a quiet area, set back one block from the beach, a 10-minute walk away, and 5 minutes from the nearest shops. It is intended for quiet and responsible guests. End-of-stay cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility: take out the trash, clean the bathroom and kitchen, and vacuum the floors.
