Spectacular 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury West Ketchum home conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ketchum & Ski Hill.
Great Room features floor to ceiling windows with mountain views, gas fireplace, large screen TV, and 6 seat dining table.
The galley kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating for 4.
Downstairs media room has big screen TV, microwave, coffee pot, and snack refrigerator.
Relax & enjoy the beautiful Sun Valley weather on the large, furnished deck equipped with a gas grill and adjacent fire pit.
½ mile to downtown Ketchum restaurants and shops
1 block to the Wood River Trail system/bike path
1 ½ miles to the Sun Valley Resort
½ mile to Bald Mountain (~10 min walk)
¼ mile to the Big Wood River (~5 min walk)

BR 1: Located upstairs with a Queen Bed, Ensuite Bath and a bonus room with a Twin Bed.
BR 2: Located on main floor with Queen Bed and Ensuite Bath.

Great West Ketchum House

The house was even better than described! It has a really functional layout and was well stocked. The master suite is upstairs and feels totally separate from the rest of the house. Great location with an easy walk to River Run and to Main Street. The street is quiet but has a great neighborhood vibe. We'd very happily stay here again!

5 Days in Ketchum

Convenient to walk to town and Wood River bicycle/walking trail. Short drive to Sun Valley Resort to enjoy their amenities like the Sun Valley Spa or fine dining at the Ram. Many wonderful small restaurants in downtown like Aroma and Kneadery We visited in early June. The home was large with plenty of room to enjoy both inside and out.

Sun Valley Family Reunion

Loved having the Master Bedroom (3) suites as well as the huge entertainment/laundry/bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is for true cooks: knives, utensils, dishes, spices!!! These people are cooks and entertainers. The location is fabulous for everyone to come and go on foot/bus/car. We’ll stay again!!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We rented this home to gather family from both coasts and it was just perfect. The bedrooms are large with lovely en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that we were encouraged to use the spices in the pantry because we cooked nearly all of our dinners at home. Fenced in yard was so convenient for the dog we had with us and we were incredibly grateful for the surprise ADA features in the house as one of our party had an accident just prior to arrival and was on crutches. You can walk to just about everything. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Just couldn't have had better experience.
