WiFi, 65” Smart Tv, stainless steel appliances, all granite/quartz countertops, and Tommy Bahama decor furniture. Laundry room inside the house with washer and dryer. Cedar accents and tile floors throughout. Extra large driveway with room for RV, boat or trailer. Private backyard with fire pit. Plus lounging area in the front yard where you may relax and listen to the ocean waves crash on the shoreline.
