The style, finest finishes & uniqueness separates this home from rest of the market. 6,000 sf with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bath, accommodating up to 14 guests. The floor plan includes 2 separate living rooms, Detached guest casita, pool table, Tennis and Basketball court & resort style pool. Fully stocked kitchen & dining areas. Smart TV screens mounted in almost every room + High speed WIFI for work from home professionals.

The Space:
We've been hosting on Airbnb for years with multiple properties in Scottsdale. Whether it's your first time using Airbnb or you're already a pro, you'll love how easy it is to work with us. Soak up the Sun in the pool or your choice of Basketball or Tennis on the private court.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the Orange tree golf course and within minutes from high end dining and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Keirlend Commons.

Other Things to Note:
- We strongly enforce Airbnb's rules and regulations against parties, maximum occupancy and noise ordinance.

- Pets allowed with additional $200 fee/Per pet/per stay

- Late check out (if available) $400 additional fee

- Early check in (if available) $400 additional fee

- Pool heating available by additional fee; $100 a night. Pool heat is turned on prior to check in and turned off after check out. The fee is charged for the same amount of nights as your full reservation.

A great stay in a great house

Everything here was exactly as advertised. The house is very nice and well configured for a large group (we were 9 adults and teens). The amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball court, pool table, etc) were similarly great and we used them a lot. The location is very central, and the hosts were very responsive in the lead-up to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Like most VRBO homes that are meant specifically for large groups it was a little beat up but the amenities were great, plenty of activities for a large group, the pool had heat and communication with the hosts was available 24/7 and they were very helpful.

Football Weekend

Eight of us stayed at this property and attended the Arizona Wildcats football game in Tucson and the Arizona Cardinals game in Phoenix. The property was as advertised and we made good use of the pickleball court and pool. The location was excellent and any questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for my graduation and let me tell you three days wasn’t enough! Everything was AMAZING! The house it’s itself is beautiful. So many rooms to be in and host was great! Even then extra house was more than enough space for our family! The host were very clear with instructions and kept in communication our entire stay! Very close to restaurants, food and site seeing! Can’t wait to plan a longer stay in the future!

Perfect for family!

We had the best trip and much of it was due to this amazing house! Plenty of space for our family that ranged from grandparents to infants. The kids were busy the whole trip because of all the great amenities on the property. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Top notch stay!

Excellent Experience!

We stayed at this property this past weekend for a guys trip and it had every accommodation we were hoping for! Plenty of things to do and very spacious for the 10 of us that stayed there! Also, the property manager Paul was very nice and responsive to all of our questions! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing Property for our Extended Family

Great location, perfect entertaining house. We used the pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis court, putting green, fire pit, gas grill, billiards and ping pong. The owners catered to our needs and were very responsive to our questions via texts before and during our stay. We highly recommend and would stay there again..

Great Spot in Scottsdale!

I throughly enjoyed staying here for my bachelor trip with the guys! Extremely roomy! Will 100% be looking at this spot again for next time we plan a trip. The place is also gated and very secure which was a plus. Backs up to a golf course as well

Great House with Everything you Need

This house was great for our buddies golf trip. It had everything we needed and had more than enough space. It was located less the 5 minutes from a great commons area with a Costco and numerous food establishments. Will definitely rent this place again.

This was the perfect house for my family coming from all over the country. There was never a dull moment with all the sporting activities available. We loved the Pickle Ball Court. We also loved how many umbrellas there were, we are a bit fair skinned.

Great place for a large family gathering!

We had a group of 12 ages 30-75 and the property was the perfect size and layout. The amenities were all fantastic, we spend most of our time outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook extravagant meals. Property owner was accessible at all times. Highly recommend!
