Apt 3C Lake Bomoseen Inn “The Dog” with boat slip.
The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable, well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.
The space Apt 3C is a studio unit on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a Futon full sized fold out bed, a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. There is a small changing room with an office desk and a bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.
Guest access The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The ground floor porch is available for sitting. The boat docks are across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer.
Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.Sorry, no pets.

Very nice property and Paul was very accommodating and provided great info. All appliances and bathroom were new. Plenty of parking and access to key areas. I would stay again.
