I'm the ONE! The CONCH Walk to Beach and Times Square

Waterfront property located just steps to the beach in the heart of Ft. Myers Beach on the northern end of Estero Island. This one bedroom/one bathroom unit is in the perfect tropical location. Very Private and Totally Remodeled. Only a 5 minute walk to the most wonderful sandy beach. You don't need a rental car, as you are close enough to walk to beach and all the restaurants, shopping and night life while enjoying our quiet neighborhood. The unit has been totally remodeled and has a full equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas grill available. There is a trolley system on the beach which you can ride up and down the 7 mile island. Located close to the bridge so you can easily get an UBER. Hurry its renting fast. Pet Friendly We are a 5 minute walk our SUNNY Beach. The Local beach access is just across the street from us. 1/2 mile to the square where the local fishing pier is located. Catch the Trolly at the end of the street. Private neighborhood located close to all Ft. Myers Beach Attractions. You have it all! You don't need a the Taxi's sit at the end of the street. Walk to restaurants, beach. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We try and do weekly rentals with Saturday to Saturday weeks. Weekenders ok

Just Perfect!

We loved staying at Fort Meyers Beach! The apartment was great, loved sitting on the patio watching the activity on the canal. We walked everywhere, to the beach, restaurants at night & shopping. There’s a 7-11 on the corner great for small items. The owners, Annie & Tom were wonderful, there for anything we might need & advice as to where to eat! Fantastic, perfect week!!!

Awesome location and very clean.

We loved staying in this apartment. The owners are on the property and awesome people. Anything you need is already here and the property is very clean and well maintained. The outside patio on the canal is perfect for your meals and cocktails. We really enjoyed our stay and our dog thought he found another home!! You can park your vehicle and walk everywhere in the entertainment district along with the beach. Can't say enough about this place, highly recommend you consider staying here.

Good Vacation

Ann and Tom are very nice people. Their home is very well kept and lacks for nothing. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The free tram covers quite a bit of the strip also.

Location Location Location

I had a fantastic stay at the Polermo Cir. location. It was clean and organized. Ann and Tom were very kind people and I felt ensured that it was safe and secure place to stay. There was a good working BBQ grill and the kitchen amenities were satisfactory for the amount of time I was going to be spending in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and town square.

Great location!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Very private and quiet. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the covered porch looking out to the canal. Our trip was a mother, daughter get away and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome stay

This property was perfect for us and our 1 year old dog. The property owners Ann and Tom were so gracious. All the amenities were provided inside and out including beach gear. Coffee in the morning on the back patio was so peaceful and inviting. The ‘very’ short walk to the beach and city center was perfect. We look forward to visiting this property again.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great getaway at this rental. My wife and I needed some time to recharge and we found it here. We relaxed outside and enjoyed views of the water in the canal and all of the birds. The beach and the square were just a short walk and numerous restaurants were all within walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car.

Nice little Getaway

Great condo that is close to everything. Only about 5 minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay there again. Tom and Ann answered all of our questions. Had a great time !!!!

Wonderful location for beach going

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Property has everything you need and the owners let you borrow beach chairs, etc. 5 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants and activities!

Perfect setting for 2 and perfect location!

Ann was wonderful to work with! We would definitely rent again from her if we return to Fort Myers Beach. The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, and 7-11 convenience store. Beach chairs, laundry, cooler, grill are all provided as well.

Stayed a few nights and really enjoyed the experience.

The property is spotless clean and the location is fantastic for walking to both the beach and Times Square. The owners, Tom and Annie, are super helpful and have everything needed like beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and beach cart. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to be close to town.

Awesome gem

Property was awesome. Anne and Tom are a delight and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Walking, you can get to multiple restaurants in seconds and to the pier in about 2 minutes. The house had everything you need and then some. Very quiet and inviting. Cant wait to return.
