A very unique private brand new large studio with full private bathroom in the room, can fits 4-6 guests if have children or family want to save money! it’s sits in a beautiful golf course view back yard ! Many beautiful flowers in the yard, we share a entrance to get inter room because our attached to main house, but the entrance right by your room, a lot privacy for in and out any time , very quiet , safe and clean area.

Great place and owner...highly recommend

Place is centrally located, safe locked access, clean, quiet, parking available and owner very accessible if needed. Place is easily accessible to walking or driving to shopping area. Back yard has a beautiful garden, faces golf course, and is a peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this location to other VRBO users.

Great stay!

It’s a little tricky to look for a parking spot that would not make the neighbors upset. Room is nice.

It’s not hard to find parking spots as long as you willing to walk farther 3 or 4 houses away from us! There plenty of spots on the corner or on the slope of Alder Ave & Garden ln, but If you just wanted to park right infront of the our door it’s not possible, and if you did not like to walk even just a minute that’s difficult for everyone ! Neighbors got angry because some guests parking infront of their door and did drugs injections and left bunch of the needles 💉 and tubs infront of their house :( it’s sad 😢 I’m sorry! Thank you for understand support!

Quiet retreat

Yan was a pleasure to work with. Super clean and peaceful nights rest. The crisp morning sea breeze lofting in was especially nice! Beautiful back yard and super quiet neighborhood! Will be back.

Wonderful experience

The room was pretty clean. The bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Cami is so friendly, I would love to make friends with her, and she took care of everything well. The location was great, there is a grocery store next to it. Overall everything was excellent!

Great accommodations

Check-in was very simple and seamless. My flight got delayed and I checked in later than expected and it was nighttime. The neighborhood and home were well lit and I felt safe. The room was nice, had a bathroom, shower, and tv. I was able to use the desk in the room for work and chill on the couch that’s in there. Overall I had my privacy and I was comfortable. I travel for work often so I’ll be back.

THE BEST PARADISE⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

🤩 wow, loved this place!! it's very easy to walk to there from the Daly City Bart station, only took me 10 more minutes! They have guests own private entrance, none bother you ! And you can see so many pretty flowers in the front and back yards 🤩, a big golf ⛳️ course right in the back yard, you can see golfers 🏌️‍♀️ play golf right there, the private bathroom made me feel so safe, I love their toilet bidet, so warm:) you have your own mini refrigerator, coffee maker and grinder, hot water kettle, oven toaster it's a mini kitchen😎the bed was like sleep on clouds, super comfortable, definitely luxury hotel quality level! I slept like a cat last night! Oh gosh I Almost missed my work ! I can't wait to come back again to explore more from this resorts! You are the best host I really appreciate everything your help I'll be back very soon with my family 😃 Thank you so much Yan!
