The condo features very modern amenities with everything you'll ever need for your home away from home. The king bed in the bedroom features a pillow top mattress for a restful night sleep after day exploring in the sun, and the attached ensuite bath ensures privacy and comfort for guests. The guest bath in the hall to the living room adds extra convenience and cuts time for couples to get ready for the beach! The high ceilings in the open concept living area give the home a bright airy feel and the flow through out to the seating area on the balcony is a great place to enjoy a margarita and people watch. The kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up great meals during your stay, or hire in one of our recommended private chefs. The living room features a pull out bed from the couch that could accommodate a 3rd and 4th guest if needed for a total of 4 maximum in the apt.

• Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at a time. All visitors must be registered at the front desk and leave an official photo ID.

• Visitor registration is not permitted after 10:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave the property by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Visitors attempting to register after midnight will not be allowed access.
• Failure to comply with the community regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN and up to $80,000 MXN per infraction for serious or repeated violations.
Depending on the nature of the offense, additional consequences may include immediate expulsion from the property or legal action.

Zenith Condo Excellent Choice

We loved our stay at the condo. It was central to all that we wanted to see and do. It was close to great restaurants and the pool had great views of the city and mountain with peak-a-boo views of Bandaras Bay. We will look to book again our next time down.

Great Location and a Nice Condo

Very nice one bedroom condo, on second floor facing the quieter street, with balcony. We each loved having our own full bathroom, during our stay. Pool area is small, but not sure they would have anymore space to add more lounges. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property!

This was our 4th time staying in Puerto Vallarta and this condo was amazing. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, and the location is amazing! We also loved the homemade salsa and guacamole left for us in the fridge with the chips along with several other items! Check-in was easy and fast as well. Thank you for adding so much to our amazing vacation!!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable condo with a beautiful rooftop pool, right in the heart of the Zona Romantica, that's also extremely quiet at night, look no further. This place is perfect. The management is professional, the building is modern. Everything works like a charm. The condo provides everything you need, including beach towels, full sized toiletries, plenty of pillows and bedding, all laundry and cleaning supplies, a fully stocked kitchen. It's a great place and will be our number 1 choice every time we return to Vallarta.
