In each room you will find exhibitions of different works. You have a living room with a view of the countryside and the forest.
A dining room with its kitchenette. A small shower room/WC (narrow space, not suitable for people with reduced mobility). A bright bedroom with independent entrance, its wardrobe and its office area.
Enjoy the sunny private balcony-terrace and the garden shared with two other cottages with a private dining area, rest and the countryside at the end of the garden. Isolated at the end of its cul-de-sac, you can't find more tranquil. A stone's throw from the port of La Roche Bernard.

The house is 950 metres walk from the port, you can discover the old quarters of this small town of character, with its craftsmen, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, traditional market, marina and water activities (walks on the Vilaine, canoeing...) and its hiking and cycling trails.

LOCATION:
La Roche Bernard is located 15 minutes from the beaches of Pénestin and Penn Lann (Muzillac/Billier), 30 minutes from La Baule, near the Arzal dam, the Brière Park, the Gulf of Morbihan, the salt marshes of Guérande, 10 km from the Bretèche golf course and 1 km from the Nantes-Vannes motorway.
