Calypso is a Caribbean-style paradise overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is a five-minute walk to Pier Park. We encourage you to take advantage of all the activities available right outside your door during your stay with us. Grab a drink at the resort tiki bar and relax by one of two swimming pools. If the beach is what you desire, feel free to enjoy the premium beach chairs and umbrella service included with this condo rental. You will also find an array of ocean sports, including sailboating, parasailing, kayaking, and jet skiing.

This one bedroom, two bath will sleep four guests comfortably, however, the condo is rated for five guests. Unobstructed Gulf views can be seen from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom from our beautifully coastal decorated condo. The stylish and comfortable living room is furnished with new seating for your group. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded queen mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from baking muffins to cooking an excellent breakfast or dinner for your family. A new dining table and chairs have recently been added for eating or playing games with the family to make your vacation even more memorable. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed - wrapped in super-soft white linens and high-end pillows for a fantastic night's sleep. The master bedroom offers its own balcony access and expansive Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom offers double sinks and a newly remodeled large shower. Start each morning and finish each night with a mimosa or cocktail from the comfort of your balcony. We have added two lounging chairs for balcony relaxation and a high pub table for dining, so you don't miss a minute of the view. Dolphins are spotted almost daily from the balcony.

For your peace of mind, the condo is professionally cleaned between visits so that it is sparkling clean and ready for you upon arrival. The entire bedding set is removed after each guest, and new freshly washed bedding is brought in just for you. This is only mentioned because some only clean the top blanket after the third guest. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the laundry/mudroom for your convenience. You can also leave your sandy beach toys in this area to keep the rest of the condo clean during your stay.

PARKING:**Beginning January 10, 2025 Calypso Resort will charge $60 for parking for the length of you stay.
