It is situated along the city bike and walking trail and the Zumbro River, making this a perfect location to stay awhile; whether you are here to visit the Mayo Clinic or looking for some fun and relaxation.
The home features 1 upstairs bedroom that accommodates children nicely with 2 twin-size beds, toys, games and books.
On the main floor, there is a full bath, a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, a dinning room with an electric fireplace, a full kitchen- including a dishwasher, a laundry room and bedroom with a queen size bed.
We offer a wonderful outdoor space with a sunshade over the deck outfitted with furniture and a mostly fenced in yard facing the city trail.
