Nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait passer à la conciergerie en arrivant . ( le mail ne nous est pas parvenu , car partis le 31 juillet de chez nous ! ...)L'appartement avec des équipements qui ne fonctionnaient pas ( bouilloire , grille pain, cafetière , plaque cuisinière ) car soit "bloqué" ( cuisinière) soit prise de courant défectueuse.. De plus , aucune information , ni mode d'emploi disponible . arrivés lundi à 15H , nous avons été dépannés Mardi à 13h15 ....Une JOURNEE de PERDUE ! sur 6 jours de location !!Pas d'éponge , ni de torchons cuisine, .....pas un seul ingrédient de cuisine pour cuisson, ou autre ....rien . Si, il y avait du papier toilette dans les WC ! .... Dans l'appartement , pas de chaise ... tabourets hauts ! ...pour des jeunes c'est peut-être sympa , à 80 ans et plus , c'est totalement inadapté ! Pas de radio , ni TV ... pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre ...il faut se lever pour éteindre et pour allumer la nuit ....vers l'interrupteur près de la porte d'entrée .... Cela est un peu "lourd" comme constat ! .... nous réclamons le remboursement de 1/6 du montant de la location , car nous avons "gaché" totalement la première journée ! pour notre unique séjour de vacances . Nous comptons sur une réponse rapide . Mme et Mr MOMBRUN

L annonce annoncée une TV dans le logement et pas de TV, l annonce laissée supposer le wifi et pas de wifi...quand à la vue mer, ok grace à un marche pied et entre 3 gros marronniers !!!Et un gros problème de communication avec la conciergerie...Sinon, appartement propre, eau bien chaude !

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans cet appartement.Appartement joli et bien agencé dans une belle localité.Proche de la baie et de commerces , bar , restaurants.Cependant quelques points sont a améliorer.Douche qui a un mauvais écoulement ce qui oblige à surveiller pour eviter que cela deborde et portes qui se deboitent une fois sur deux.Cafetière a capsules inutilisable car elle fuie de partout.Pas de stores aux deux velux du sejour, cuisine. Lorsque le soleil tape ca chauffe vite dans l'appartement.Meuble noir dans les toilettes inutile et gênant pour s'asseoir.Petite enceinte connectée mais vide et sans possibilité de la charger.Le manque d’une petite télévision pour rester informé de l'actualité (alors qu’il y a bien une prise antenne).Et dernier point, l'agence de gestion qui ne renseigne pas les arrivants ni a l'arrivée ni au depart.
